(preGQR3) Interfacial Water and Constraint Media
收藏资源简介:
This dataset presents preGQR-3: Interfacial Water and Constraint Media, a collection of working documents exploring the role of water as an active structural and dynamical medium in biological and physical systems. The materials are organised conceptually as a volume, where each file represents a chapter examining hydration, constraint, enzyme behaviour, nanoscale motion, and interfacial energy transfer.A structured navigation document is included to guide readers through the collection and map filenames to readable chapter titles.Together, these works establish the foundation for subsequent layers of the programme, where water-mediated constraint underpins catalysis, transport, and system-level behaviour. # preGQR-3: Interfacial Water & Constraint Media ## Purpose This collection captures early-stage exploration of how non-ideal media—particularly interfacial water—shape molecular behaviour. ## Core Hypothesis Chemical and biological systems do not operate in ideal fluids. Instead:- local environments are structured- viscosity varies spatially and temporally- energy dissipation is constrained These factors:- modify motion- alter catalytic behaviour- shape accessible pathways ## Themes - Hydration shell structure- Gel vs fluid regimes- Local viscosity modulation- Energy dissipation in structured media ## Status Fragmented conceptual layer. Not yet unified or formalised. ## Importance This bucket forms the environmental foundation for:- enzyme dynamics (later buckets)- energy transport models- constraint-based frameworks (QGE/AOI) ## Next step Synthesis into:"constraint-driven dynamics in structured media"
