Digital Orthophotos Floor Resolution 40 cm

Digital orthophotos (DOP) are distortion-free and true-to-scale grid data of photographic images of the Earth’s surface. They are derived from oriented aerial images and a digital elevation model. The dataset covers the entire territory of the Federal Republic of Germany as an overlap-free and seamless mosaic of the DOPs of the survey administrations of the Länder, which were circumcised at the national borders. The DOPs are available as a 3-channel real-color image (red-green-blue), as a 1-channel infrared image or as a 3-channel color infrared image (NIR-red_green, so-called false colors).
