Essential genes of Salmonella Enteritidis grown on tryptone soy agar

The data provided include analyses of genes and insertions classified as essential, non-essential, or contributing to a growth advantage or disadvantage in Salmonella Enteritidis. These results were obtained using a saturated Tn-Seq library grown on tryptone soy agar (TSA) supplemented with kanamycin at 50 micrograms per milliliter. The analyses were performed using the TRANSIT software (version 3.3.8). Four files are available: Two files pertain to chromosomal data (information for insertions and genes).
