Flag-SAFA or Flag-Del-RGG mutant stablely expressed THP-1 cells were infected with VSV for 6 hours, samples were collected and send for ATAC-seq. Overall design: SAFA-/- THP-1 cells were stable expressed with Flag-tagged SAFA or Flag-tagged Del-RGG plasmids. Then cells were infected with 0.1MOI VSV for 6 hours. Then cells were collected and send for ATAC-seq.
