Transcriptome analysis of B. pertussis-stimulated human monocyte-derived dendritic cells

We analysed the transcriptome, using an illumina RNAseq platform, of human monocyte-derived dendritic cells after a 3 hour stimulation with 9 different naturally circulating B. pertussis strains that varied in their pertactin expression human monocyte-derived dendritic cells were stimulated for 3h with 9 different B. pertussis strains after which the transcriptome was analysed using RNAseq
