The attached document contains the data collected following interviews with various managers and technicians from the agricultural cooperatives included in the study. This dataset allowed us analyse the capacity of the Valencian agrifood sector (cooperatives) to absorb knowledge and how this capacity influences the adoption of technological innovations and production processes.
