With the overview GZR data on undeclared work in 2013, the Federal Office of Justice presents the result of evaluations of the fines for administrative offences in the area of undeclared work entered in the 2013 sub-registries on natural persons and legal persons and associations of persons in the commercial central register. The data set shows all fine decisions against legal persons entered in the commercial central register during the evaluation year pursuant to Sections 5(1) and (2), 23(1) and 2 of the Workers’ Posting Act (AEntG). The registrations are differentiated by industry.
