Simulation checkpoint for a local ocean domain and its diel cycle

This is for use with the Oceananigans.jl via ClimateModels.jl (v0.3.12 after PR #144 was merged). A six day spin-up was carried out (with Oceananigans.jl v0.103.1) and the resulting checkpoint is what's stored here. See the ClimateModels.jl documentation for user direction on how to run the Oceananigans.jl notebook.
