Dataset: Calculation of pCO2 based on chemical variables

The dataset contains the supplementary data generated and analyzed in the manuscript “Long term trends in pCO2 in lake surface water following rebrowning” by Couturier et al. The dataset includes 1) chemical variables (water temperature, pCO2, DIC, pH and Alkalinity) needed to estimate pCO2, 2) estimated pCO2 with different corrections (i.e., pH and organic alkalinity) and pairs parameters (i.e. DIC/pH and Alk/pH). The data were collected in 70 lakes (some repeatedly) located in Ontario, Canada in 2018 and 2019.
