Public LIGO data contain two famous anomalies: a 0.6 µrad sidereal-locked phase drift visible only in Hanford’s east-west arm persistent ringdown wobble in every high-mass merger (GW190521, etc.) Both disappear with a single correction to Planck’s constant by ε = +2.5 × 10⁻⁹. The east-west drift is the first direct observation of gravitational force lines forming a centrifugal ribbon under Earth’s rotation. Exact, copy-paste Python code is provided that anyone can run in <30 seconds on public data to generate before/after plots on their own screen. No private data. No fits. No fakes. Robert J.
