Analysis of RNA-seq Data from Tumor and Adjacent Non-Tumor Tissues in Six Colorectal Cancer Patients

Upon acquiring the cancerous and adjacent tissues from colorectal cancer patients, RNA was extracted for RNA-Seq analysis, followed by a detailed examination of the corresponding data. Our focus was on comparing the gene expression profiles between cancerous and adjacent tissues, with particular attention to identifying the upregulated members of the FOX family in the cancerous tissues.
