Supporting data for “The versatile role of Foxp2 in chronic kidney disease” with raw data of animal models and cultured cell lines through real-time PCR (qPCR) and Western blotting (WB) analysis. Data from in vitro studies of chromatin immunoprecipitation quantitative real-time PCR (ChIP-PCR) and dual luciferase reporter assay with HEK293T cell lines is also attached. Quantification data of immunohistochemical (IHC) staining with animal models of both wild-type and tubule-specific Foxp2 knockout mice has been added for further support.
