Draft genomes of bacterial isolates from Argentina's Museum of Independence

This dataset contains draft genome assemblies of eight bacterial isolates recovered from different historical artifacts and architectural surfaces from Argentina’s Museum of Independence. The genomes were sequenced using Illumina technology and assembled using SPAdes. Coverage and metadata are included.
