Mercedes-Benz Group: vehicle sales in the United States by segment Q4 2020-Q4 2023

In Q4 2023, the Mercedes-Benz Group sold some 87,400 Mercedes-Benz vehicles (not including the trucks) to customers in the United States. The highest number of Mercedes-Benz sales was recorded during the second quarter of 2022 at roughly 99,000. The German automotive manufacturer announced in 2019 that its Smart brand would be leaving the U.S. market due to poor sales and high costs.
