Ion Torrent PGM sequencing reads (FASTQ format) separated by barcode according to marker and PCR protocol (pub - published protocol, 45 - standardised protocol).本数据集包含Ion Torrent PGM测序读段，存储格式为FASTQ，所有读段均依据标记物与聚合酶链式反应（Polymerase Chain Reaction）方案通过条形码进行分组拆分，其中方案分为两类：pub为已发表方案，45为标准化方案。
