“It’s like a toxic relationship”: Examining internal conflict experience in wearable activity tracker users.

Dataset for the study - 11 interview transcripts with identifiable data redacted.This study gained ethical approval by University of Salford’s ethical board: ID 6343. All participants consented to their data being collected, analysed, and published in raw files and a journal article. Participants were reminded of their right to withdraw or remove any information during and after this study, but no requests occurred. In this study, participants were recruited to discuss their behavioural and psychological experiences of wearing an activity tracker, with exploration around conflict which may be experienced.
