Understanding wounding-mediated extensive transcriptional reprogramming events during the oolong tea manufacturing process is essential for improving the tea quality. To improve our comprehending of the architecture for wounding-induced gene regulatory network, we systematically analyzed the high-resolution transcriptome and metabolome data of wounding treated (after turn over stage) tea leaves at 11 time points over a 220-minutes period.
