NEXAFS images of gecko tissue

The dataset consists of NEXAFS images of gecko tissue collected at the NSLS NEXAFS microscope endstation. Edges, retardation voltages and scan width are indicated in the files names and also saved with the image metadata. It is recommended to use the matlab-based LDF software to plot the data. The software is available from the authors upon reasonable request.
