Demonstration data set for RWTY, an R package for visualizing MCMC chains in phylogenetics. The data used to create these chains is from Hibbett D., Pine E., Langer E., Langer G., & Donoghue M. 1997. Evolution of gilled mushrooms and puffballs inferred from ribosomal DNA sequences. Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America, 94(22): 12002-12006. Data was downloaded from Dryad and analyzed using MrBayes version 3.2.1 with all program settings at default except for chain length, which was set to ten million generations.
