RNA Sequencing of liver Kupffer cells and and monocyte-derived macrophages (MoMs) to assess role of ALK1 and Smad4. Overall design: RNA-seq for Clec4F+ Tim4+ and Clec4F- Tim4+ Kupffer cells from Alk1 fl/fl Cx3cr1-Cre mice; Kupffer cells from Smad4 fl/fl and Smad4 fl/fl Vav1-Cre mice; Monocyte-derived macrophages from Alk1 fl/fl and Alk1 fl/fl Vav1-Cre mice infected with Listeria monocytogenes 3d post infection.
