Revenue of Siemens AG in Germany 2014-2021

Siemens AG generated revenue of some 11.2 billion euros in the 2021 fiscal year an increase of around 16 percent compared with the previous year. In 2020, the company generated seemingly the lowest revenue in the recorded period. However, the reason for such a low figure was not poor performance but a restructuring of the company. In April 2020, Siemens AG merged two of its energy divisions into an independent company called Siemens Energy AG. From 2020 on, revenues of Siemens AG and the newly established Siemens Energy AG are recorded separately, explaining the decline in Siemens AG’s revenue.
