Virome of Ditylenchus destructor isolated from diseased sweet potatoes

Eleven populations of potato rot nematode were used for virus mining, including ten isolated from diseased sweet potatoes collected from distinct locations in Qinhuangdao City, China and one lab-cultured population from Ming Sun's lab.
