RNAseq of PDLSCs after ATRA treatment

ATRA is widely used for treating acute promyelocytic leukemia, and it can lead to osteoporosis, which is a crucial risk facotr of periodontal diseases.This project provide the results of RNAsequencing of periodontal ligament stem cells (PDLSCs) after all-transretinoic acid (ATRA) treatment with the aim to find the effect of ATRA on the gene expression of PDLSCs, and this study may provide evidence for reducing the side effect of ATRA on other stem cells.
