B-Plan 1-001 Old Town (XPlanung)

Development plan of the city of Freiburg im Breisgau. Development Plan 1-001 entered into force on 23.9.1956. Its scope is located in the Old Town district. A development plan contains the legally binding fixings for the urban planning order and is the central element of building management planning. The building community regulates where, what and how to build. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan.
