Liana-specific allometric models for tree structure

The Zenodo repository contains all datasets and R scripts required to reproduce the analyses presented in this study. The datasets include tree height measurements, TLS-derived crown and point-cloud metrics, QSM-derived woody volume and branch metrics, tree census information, liana census and biomass data from the Barro Colorado Island 50-ha forest dynamics plot. The accompanying R scripts reproduce the Bayesian allometric models, liana-impact analyses, model comparisons, biomass upscaling and validation analyses used to quantify liana effects on tree structure and biomass.
