Local layer, created by the Cantal DDT, to serve as a basis for monitoring and analysing the consumption of agricultural, natural and forest areas in the Cantal department. Layer describing the urbanised areas on the territory by photo-interpretation. Input repository: BD ORTHO of the IGN of 2013 + cadastre. Detailed development methodology: available on request from the DDT du Cantal. Summary Development Methodology: digitisation of plots built after systematic photo-interpretation; roads, streets and roads not taken into account; consideration of whole cadastral plots in urban areas as well as cemeteries, sports grounds, activity areas, etc. The new plots are considered to be new plots where a building appears on the 2013 orthophotoplan not existing on the 2010 ortho-photoplan.
