The Post-Pandemic Landscape of Occupational Safety Practices and Healthcare Challenges of Construction Laborers in Beribandh, Dhaka

This dataset was collected as part of a sociological research project investigating the post-pandemic landscape of occupational safety practices and healthcare challenges among informal construction workers in the Beribandh area of Dhaka, Bangladesh. The data were gathered through a structured bilingual questionnaire (English and Bengali) consisting of 32 multiple-choice questions, covering personal demographics, family background, work environment, access to healthcare, mental health, workplace safety, employer responsibilities, and policy suggestions. A total of 50 construction workers participated in the study.本数据集为一项社会学研究项目的采集成果，该项目聚焦孟加拉国达卡市贝里班德（Beribandh）区域的非正式建筑工人，探究其疫情后职业安全实践现状与医疗保障困境。数据通过结构化双语问卷（英语与孟加拉语）采集完成，问卷共包含32道单项选择题，调研内容涵盖个人人口统计学特征、家庭背景、工作环境、医疗可及性、心理健康、职场安全、雇主责任及政策建议等维度。本研究共计有50名建筑工人参与。
