Proteomics data for 'How Does Tendon Region, Donor, and the Presence of Disease Affect Protein Composition of the Achilles Tendon?'

Proteomics data from Achilles tendon specimens from human patients undergoing surgery for lower extremity amputation (n=10; 5 with diabetes, 5 non-diabetes controls) or Achilles tendon debridement/repair for Achilles tendinopathy (n=10). The collection of this data was conducted with the approval of the Washington University in St. Louis Institutional Review Board (ID# 201505110 and 202111069).
