Data repository for: Spatial resource dynamics control resistance escape Nico Appold, Timon Citak, Auguste Palm, and Jona Kayser Data_Files: Contains all data from analysis of the microbial experiments (.csv files) including extrapolated data. Also includes data about dependency of pulse duration and treatment failure. Segmented_Images: Segmented images of all experimental datasets used for analysis. llastik_Models: Two separate Ilastik models trained to generate the segmented images for the time lapse experiments and the endpoint measurements from the raw imaging data. Figure_Images: Full size images of colonies and simulations shown in Figures 1-5.
