Leishmania donovani (HU3) genome: alignment of Illumina sequence reads

This dataset contains the files (bam and bam.bai) generated after the alignment to the assembled genome of the L. donovani (HU3 strain) species of the Illumina sequence reads derived from the whole DNA sequencing of this parasite by Illumina technology. The preparation and processing of the Illumina data used for creating this dataset are described in the article by Camacho et al (PMID: 30992521); the raw data are publicly available at the European Nucleotide Archive (ENA; http://www.ebi.ac.uk/ena/) under the accession number PRJEB23341.本数据集包含经Illumina技术对该寄生虫开展全DNA测序所获的Illumina测序读段，比对至杜氏利什曼原虫（L. donovani）HU3菌株的组装基因组后生成的BAM（Binary Alignment Map）格式文件及bam.bai索引文件。本数据集所用Illumina数据的制备与处理流程已在Camacho等人发表的文献（PMID: 30992521）中详述；原始数据可通过欧洲核苷酸档案馆（European Nucleotide Archive，ENA；http://www.ebi.ac.uk/ena/）以登录号PRJEB23341公开获取。
