Transcriptome analysis of embryonic mesenchyme

Purpose: The aim of this study is to study the expression and function of axon guidance genes in the developing portal tract. Here, the RNA-Sequencing data were collected from purified embryonic mesenchyme at two developmental stages (E16 and E18). Three samples of E16 mesenchyme and three samples of E18 mesenchyme were analyzed in this study.
