This RNAseq dataset contains the top and bottom 5,000 differentially expressed genes from wild-type and perforin-2 (mpeg1) knockout murine cells. Peritoneal elicited cells were stimulated with IFNbeta or mock PBS. Comparisons shown are IFNbeta KO vs. mock KO, IFNbeta WT vs. mock WT, and IFNbeta WT vs. IFNbeta KO. Ingenuity Pathway analysis of the entire RNAseq dataset, not just those shown, suggest Type I interferon signaling is functional in Perforin-2 -/- cells.
