This is the number of major development planning application decisions (PAs) that have a Planning Performance Agreement (PPAs), Extension of Time (EoT) and/or Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), each financial quarter. PA: This is short for 'planning agreement' which is used in the planning application statistics a shorthand term for covering Planning Performance Agreements. Whilst this indicator focuses on major applications, data is also available broken down by county matter, minor and other applications. The major category includes the following developments types: dwellings, general industry/storage/warehousing, offices/R&D/light industry, public service infrastructure developments, retail and services, traveller caravan pitches, other developments.Data is Powered by LG Inform Plus and automatically checked for new data on the 3rd of each month.
