Viral metagenome in feces from golden monkey in China. Cercopithecus kandti

We describe here the metagenomics-derived viral sequences found in fecal samples collected from different golden monkey. Feces can be the source of numerous vial infections in animals and humans. A library was then constructed using Nextera XT DNA Sample Preparation Kit (Illumina) and then sequenced using the Miseq Illumina platform with 250 bases paired ends with a distinct molecular tag for each pool.
