Files are in R data format and named by Figure number(s), simulated cohort and replication indices. For example, file “Figs_1_4_5_C_1_R_1.RData” contains data of cohort 1 and replication 1 for the results presented in Figs 1, 4, and 5. In each file, variable N gives sample size; simulated trait Y is of size N-by-1; array X is of dimension N-by-3 whose columns correspond to the E, C, SNP, respectively. SNP was coded as the number of minor allele. Simulation method, model, and parameters are described in the paper.
