Influence of temperate forest closure on snake demography

The data presented here are from a long-term population survey at the Chizé integral biological reserve (CEBC), in western France.We used these data to run Multistate mark-recapture models (MSMR), built in E-SURGE (Choquet, Rouan, et al. 2009), to see if there was an influence of habitat, sex or age classes on the demographic parameters of two snake species: <i>Hierophis viridiflavus</i> and <i>Zamenis longissimus</i>.File description:a) 53INTERVALLES_1995_2021_VECTEUR_HIVER_ETE_1_1.4.txtThis file is used to define in E-SURGE the unequal time intervals.
