Kruger National Park South Africa (2015 and 2022)

This dataset used camera trap data collected from the Kruger National Park (KNP) in 2015 (June and July) and 2022 (June) to describe waterhole visitation patterns by large mammals using a Model Bushnell Aggressor Trophy Cam HD Low-Glow cameras. Cameras were set to record photographs at five-minute intervals and when motion was detected with a minimum one-minute interval between photographs and each photograph was manually annotated to record the abundance of species in direct contact with or next to the waterhole. These data provide us with a temporal record of species at waterholes, including patterns of spatial and temporal co-occurrence.本数据集采用2015年（6月、7月）与2022年（6月）在克鲁格国家公园（Kruger National Park, KNP）采集的红外触发相机（camera trap）数据，借助Bushnell Aggressor Trophy Cam HD Low-Glow型号相机，对大型哺乳动物的水源造访模式进行刻画。该相机设定为每5分钟自动拍摄一张照片，同时可在检测到运动时触发拍摄，且照片间最小间隔为1分钟；所有照片均经人工标注，用以记录直接接触或紧邻水源地的物种丰度。本数据集提供了水源地物种的时间序列记录，涵盖物种的时空共现模式。
