This project investigates the adaptive acclimatization of Bacillus velezensis BV-1 to nitrate-rich saline soil conditions and its effects on soil microbial community composition. To evaluate the ecological impact of BV-1 inoculation, 16S rRNA V3-V4 amplicon sequencing was performed on soil samples from simulated saline soil microcosms, including uninoculated controls and BV-1 treated soils. The sequencing data provide insights into microbial community diversity, structure, and potential functional shifts under nitrate stress, contributing to microbial remediation strategies for secondary salinization.
