Digital Archive from an Archaeological Excavation at Southminster Road, Burnham On Crouch, Essex 2020

This collection comprises images, databases, GIS data, a report and site records from an archaeological excavation at land off Southminster Road, Burnham-on-Crouch, Essex undertaken by Oxford Archaeology East between 27th July and 12th August 2020. Three small excavation areas uncovered the course of a palaeochannel alongside two groups of discrete features, which probably represent the remains of Late Bronze Age/Early Iron Age settlement. A larger group of postholes and pits produced small assemblages.
