Intracellular calcium levels and mitochondrial membrane potential in chilled boar spermatozoa

Identification of sublethal chilling injuries in boar spermatozoa using multicolor flow cytometry. Intracellular calcium levels and mitochondrial membrane potential were assessed. Conclusion: Sublethal chilling injuries could be detected with multicolor flow cytometry unstained samples, basic settings and induced response with calcium ionophore
