Reporting guidelines identified by authors for manuscripts submitted before and after intervention using Penelope EQUATOR wizard

Anonymised manuscript list for articles submitted to four BioMed Central journals, and the EQUATOR reporting guideline identified as relevant by the authors during submission. This includes data for both before and after introduction of the Penelope EQUATOR wizard decision-tree tool to support authors in identification of the relevant reporting guideline, and analysis.
