Metatranscriptomics analysis of a yogurt starter culture composed of Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus, Dec 22 '25

This project aims to characterize the metatranscriptome of a yogurt starter culture composed of Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus. Total RNA was extracted from the co-culture and subjected to high-throughput RNA sequencing to elucidate gene expression patterns during dairy fermentation.
