This data is part of the Community-based HPV Screening Implementation in Low-Income Countries (CHILI) Project (https://chili-hpv.com/about/partners/). The study data aimed at answering one of the CHILI project objectives of understanding current cervical cancer screening practices and to define new strategies that include the self-sampling test, and meet the conditions and requirements of the local context to increase screening coverage in the selected LMICs. The study involved surveying women, including a discrete choice experiment (DCE), to quantitatively capture their cervical cancer knowledge, attitudes, and practices (KAP), estimate the screening coverage in Wakiso and Mukono districts, Uganda, as well as service preferences. The main objective of the study was to estimate cervical cancer screening coverage, screening services knowledge, preferences, and the impact of information provision on screening services uptake among women living in Mukono and Wakiso districts, Uganda.
