SMiLE-seq sequencing data (illumina) of human transcription factors profiled in the Codebook/GRECO-BiT collaboration

We assayed 284 human transcription factors (TFs) for DNA binding using selective microfluidics-based ligand enrichment followed by sequencing (SMiLE-seq). These experiments were part of the Codebook/GRECO-BiT collaboration aiming to identify the DNA binding sites of yet-uncharacterized TFs. All data has already been demultiplexed and associated with the corresponding TFs.
