Chlorophyll, FDOM and backscatter from ROV survey PS122/4_47-135 on 2020-07-19, survey 1@en

Fluorometric data on chlorophyll a concentration, Fluorescent Dissolved Organic Matter (FDOM) concentration, and optical backscatter were measured by a triplet fluorometer (ECO-Puck BBFL2SSC, Wetlabs) attached to a remotely operated vehicle (ROV) during the Multidisciplinary drifting Observatory for the Study of Arctic Climate (MOSAiC) expedition between November 2019 and September 2020. Data use manufacturer calibration.2019年11月至2020年9月，在北极气候研究多学科漂流观测站（Multidisciplinary drifting Observatory for the Study of Arctic Climate, MOSAiC）考察航次中，搭载于遥控水下机器人（Remotely Operated Vehicle, ROV）的ECO-Puck BBFL2SSC型三通道荧光计（Wetlabs）测定了叶绿素a浓度、荧光溶解有机质（Fluorescent Dissolved Organic Matter, FDOM）浓度与光学后向散射的荧光测定数据。本数据集采用厂商标定参数进行校准。
