Freiburg i. Br. — Soil benchmark zones 2023

In accordance with Sections 192 et seq. of the Building Code (BauGB), the expert committee for the determination of land values is required to determine soil benchmarks in accordance with the provisions of the BauGB and the Expert Committee Ordinance for Baden-Württemberg (Guavo). At its meeting on 14 June 2023, the Expert Committee for the Determination of Land Values in Freiburg i. Br. decided on the ground benchmarks indicated in the soil benchmark map as of the reference date 1.1.2023, taking into account § 196 BauGB and § 12 Guavo.
