Archaeological Park of Baia - Room F and E from Mercury Sector - Biodeterioration

The following data was collected for the metabarcoding of prokaryotic and eukaryotic communities composing biofilms on mosaics and plasters in Room E and F of the Archaeological Park of Baia Thermal Baths, inside the Mercury Sector. The purpose of this study is to analyze the biological diversity of this communities and identify the most abundant organisms in order to plan cleaning interventions using green biocides.
