The effects of 11 Kids_Dataset

This dataset contains the landing test kinematic parameters used to assess the effect of the 11+Kids program on preadolescent female soccer players. The kinematics was evaluated before (pre-test) and after (post-test) the 8-week 11+Kids program in the intervention group (identified as 1). A control group (identified as 2) was evaluated before and after the execution of 8-week regular training.本数据集包含用于评估11+青少年足球训练课程（11+Kids）对青春前期女子足球运动员影响的落地测试运动学参数。干预组（编号为1）在为期8周的11+Kids训练课程实施前后，分别完成了运动学指标测试（分别记为前测、后测）；对照组（编号为2）则在为期8周的常规训练实施前后，完成了相同的测试评估。
