This series is a continuation of the two previously described series. The following information is given for each case: number of plaint; date; plaintiff; defendant; addresses; solicitors; cause of action; fees paid on plaint; minutes of judgment; for whom; amount of plaintiff's and defendant's costs; date of and judgment. The dates given are the dates the plaints were entered for trial. Volume 7/9962 appears to record plaints and judgments for Kiama for the period November 1928 to December 1946.
