The goal of this study was to characterise transcriptional changes in single hESCs grown in a colony and treated with BMP4 to induce differentiation The goal of this study was to characterise transcriptional changes in single GATA3-/- hESCs grown in a colony and treated with BMP4 to induce differentiation scRNA-Seq was performed on cultured hESCs grown in mTeSR1 with BMP4 for 48 hours. scRNA-Seq was performed on a cultured hESC GATA3-/- monoclonal cell line grown in mTeSR1 with BMP4 for 48 hours.
